Digital Strategies is an arm of LIFE Ministry Kenya (opens in a new tab), based in Nairobi. We know, engage and empower believers through short films and digital tools, in the languages people speak at home: the Jesus Film alone is in 40 Kenyan languages.

Four ways we reach people.

With Indigitous, hackathons and social-media outreach, we bring digital practitioners and ministry leaders together to build software for the Great Commission, where technology, faith and the common good meet.

  1. Indigitous

    The name joins indigenous and digital

    Locally generated strategies for each generation, language and culture, accelerated by digital tools, platforms and resources. Different people working together on one mission.

    Local first, cohorts, open projects.

  2. Hackathon

    Build weekend for technologists and designers

    Purpose-driven, faith-inspired technologists serving through technology. People from all backgrounds using skills, gifts and expertise to impact Kenya and the world.

    Students welcome, ministry briefs, ship in 48 hours.

    One day, every feed

    A day set aside to mobilise people to share the Gospel using social platforms and short films, with coordinated posts, stories and conversations.

    A non-threatening way to share the Gospel with people who don't yet believe. Films open the door; a trained friend walks through it with you.

Since 1979 the Jesus Film has brought countless people to Christ, and its impact grows when people hear Jesus in their own language. We equip churches, organisations and individuals with strategies, training and resources.

We make Jesus and his mission accessible to anyone, anytime, anywhere they want to be part of it. Our aim is to speed up the Great Commission by meeting people where they are, with digital approaches, principles and tools.
